Can One Minute of Kegel Exercises a Day Transform Your Boyfriend’s Reaction? The Routine Used by the Tightest Woman I’ve Ever Met

This time, I’m going to introduce a vaginal training method that takes only about one minute a day and can help you develop exceptionally strong vaginal muscle control—strong enough to stand out among one in a hundred women. Surprisingly, there are men who seriously consider breaking up with their girlfriend because she feels too loose, or who even end up cheating because of it.

That said, on this blog I generally believe that vaginal training is unnecessary if you can already experience vaginal orgasms. The reason is that during a vaginal orgasm, the vagina contracts extremely strongly as a reflex, and that alone can provide plenty of pleasure for the man.

A Woman with Vaginal Pressure Strong Enough to Be One in a Hundred

Recently, I met a woman with the strongest vaginal pressure I had ever experienced. Even one finger was squeezed very tightly. Women like that are extremely rare. At first, I thought she was simply naturally very tight, but then she told me, “Actually, I do vaginal training,” which honestly surprised me a little. She was also able to experience very intense vaginal orgasms.

It may be a chicken-and-egg question, but it seems entirely possible that vaginal training could also make vaginal orgasms easier to experience.

A Common Concern Among Women: “I’ve Been Told I’m Too Loose”
There are quite a few women who worry that they feel too loose. This is only based on my personal experience, but I have found that women with obesity tend to be looser more often. The muscles throughout the body basically work together, so when overall muscle function declines, the ability of the vaginal muscles to contract may also become weaker.

Among men, vaginal tightness occasionally comes up in sexual conversations. In particular, I think a girlfriend feeling too loose can be important enough to some men that it may even contribute to a breakup. Personally, it does not bother me very much, but for men who take an extremely long time to orgasm, weaker stimulation can sometimes cause them to lose their erection during sex.

Having your boyfriend lose his erection during sex can be really upsetting. A male friend of mine who has difficulty ejaculating once told me that although he loves his girlfriend, he feels pathetic when he loses his erection. He cannot tell her that she feels loose because he knows it would hurt her feelings, and he also cannot bring himself to ask her to train her vaginal muscles. He felt bad about it, but in the end he became so sexually frustrated that he cheated with a casual partner with whom he felt more sexually compatible. There are surprisingly many men dealing with problems like this. Of course, women are not the only ones who struggle with sexual concerns.

Does Stronger Vaginal Pressure Really Feel Better for Men?

I think this depends on the individual, but generally speaking, it is true that many men prefer women with stronger vaginal tightness, especially men who take a long time to orgasm. Personally, I also prefer stronger vaginal contractions.

However, if a woman is extremely tight, penetration can sometimes be difficult unless the man has a very firm erection. The woman I mentioned earlier was already contracting very strongly during intense vaginal orgasms, and on top of that she had developed considerable strength through vaginal training. So afterward, my penis actually felt sore.

When the pressure is that strong and the penis stays inside for a long time, for some reason the erection may not disappear even after ejaculation. That can make it possible to go for a second round almost immediately. I do not think anyone necessarily needs to train to that extreme, but it shows how effective this kind of training can be.

How to Do Vaginal Training (Kegel Exercises)

There are all kinds of special devices for vaginal training and various unusual exercises, but going out of your way to do something complicated can feel like a hassle. And if you put in all that effort and still see no results, it can be discouraging. You do not need to spend any money. The training method is extremely simple, and there is only one thing to do: while urinating, stop the flow and then start again repeatedly. That’s it. So it probably takes only around one minute a day and is very easy to do.

However, training while urinating can sometimes place strain on the bladder or urethra. The following method is also recommended and is basically the same as what is commonly called a Kegel exercise. Repeat it five to ten times.

  • Slowly inhale while tightening the vaginal muscles as though you are lifting them upward.
  • Hold your breath and keep the vaginal muscles tightly contracted for five seconds.
  • Slowly exhale while relaxing the muscles throughout your body.

Apparently, this woman had been doing the training for about a year. At least personally, I had never met another woman with vaginal contractions as strong as hers. So I think it is fair to say that this training alone can have a noticeable effect. Of course, if you experience any discomfort or pain around the bladder, stop immediately. As with anything, some methods suit certain people better than others.

Trying to Squeeze During Sex Can Actually Reduce Your Sensitivity

There is one thing to be careful about. Once some women start vaginal training, they become overly conscious of deliberately squeezing during sex. If you do that, you may end up focusing entirely on making your partner feel good and find it harder to concentrate on your own pleasure. Then your boyfriend no longer gets to see you genuinely enjoying yourself, which may actually make the experience less exciting for him too. In that case, the training becomes counterproductive.

If your muscles are strong, the vagina will naturally contract more as your pleasure increases. So it is better to focus on your own pleasure instead. If you are not confident about your vaginal tightness, your boyfriend sometimes loses his erection during sex, or you simply want to make sex feel better for him, try giving this vaginal training a go.
