This participant is Saki, a 27-year-old office worker. She applied because, as she explained, “My boyfriend stopped initiating sex because I didn’t seem to be enjoying it. I want to do something about that.”
Pre-Session Consultation

Sexual Experience
Have you ever used a women-oriented male escort service or sensual massage service for women?
SakiNo.
How many sexual partners have you had, and how old were you when you first had sex?

I’ve had sex with two people, plus one more if foreplay counts. I first had sex when I was 25.
Do you currently have a partner?

Yes.
What is sex usually like for you, or what has it typically been like in the past?

My first partner was inexperienced too, so it was basically just painful. I think he didn’t really know what he was doing and kept changing things constantly, almost like sex in an adult video. With my current partner, it’s pretty normal. Hugging and being licked feel good, but I don’t feel anything from penetration at all.
Orgasms
Have you experienced clitoral, vaginal, or mind-induced orgasms?

I’ve experienced clitoral orgasms, but never vaginal or mind-induced orgasms.
How do you feel after one clitoral orgasm? Can you have multiple orgasms in a row?

I feel relieved afterward, but I also become very sensitive and my arousal drops. I can’t orgasm repeatedly. I think I could probably orgasm again after about 30 minutes.
Are you able to orgasm when you’re with someone else?

I can if we use a toy.
What do you imagine vaginal and mind-induced orgasms are like?

I heard someone on YouTube say that a vaginal orgasm feels warm inside, almost like soaking in a hot spring. I can’t imagine what a mind-induced orgasm would be like at all.
Sexual Preferences
How often do you masturbate, and what do you usually do?

About twice a week. I usually use my fingers while watching adult videos. I prefer gentle couple-style videos that aren’t too rough, similar to adult videos made for women.
Do you have any particular kinks or types of sex that have especially turned you on in the past?

I like being licked. I think I’m submissive. I prefer having things done to me rather than taking the lead myself.
Are there any activities you’re interested in or would like to try?

I like watching spooning-style rear-entry sex and doggy style, so I’d like to try them properly. My current partner doesn’t seem very good at doggy style, so I’ve never really had the chance.
Are there any activities you dislike or definitely do not want to do?

I don’t like pain. I’m also not interested in anal play.
Would you say you’re more dominant or submissive?

Probably submissive… I think.
Other Questions
Do you experience pain during sex?

Yes. It hurts every time during initial penetration, although the pain usually goes away after a few minutes.
Do your clitoris or nipples become painful easily?

Not particularly.
How would you describe your sexual sensitivity? Do you have any particularly sensitive areas?

Being licked feels good, but I’ve never felt any pleasure from penetration. The first person I was intimate with had erectile dysfunction, so we didn’t actually have intercourse, but he was quite a bit older than me and was good about taking his time with foreplay. Having my nipples and ears licked felt good. I sometimes tremble during foreplay.
Session Details and Impressions
My first impression was that she had a calm, slender appearance and seemed serious and cautious in the way she answered questions. During the consultation, she appeared to place a lot of importance on trust and emotional connection in both relationships and sex. She also said that the adult content she usually watches tends to emphasize intimacy. Because of this, I felt that the key question would be how deeply she could relax into the sensations with someone she had only just met, and I thought that reaching a vaginal orgasm might be somewhat challenging.
When I began touching her, her overall mood and reactions were initially not very different from when we had simply been talking. She did not appear to be deeply absorbed in the physical sensations yet. Stimulation around her shoulders and neck sometimes made her body twitch or caused small sounds to escape, but these reactions seemed closer to surface-level reflexes than to pleasure becoming deeper.
We also tried relaxation techniques such as intentionally tensing and releasing the body and using controlled breathing, but there was no major change. Her hands had become quite cold, which suggested that some overall tension or nervousness was still present. Her reactions to stimulation of her breasts, external areas, vaginal entrance, and shallow internal areas also remained fairly subtle, with very few signs suggesting that she was approaching a vaginal orgasm.
I then tried more direct external stimulation. At first, it felt pleasurable to her, but she did not seem close to orgasm. After changing the location and type of stimulation, she showed a mild response that seemed close to a clitoral orgasm, although it was still not completely clear. When I asked how internal stimulation felt, she said it was not clearly pleasurable yet, but that it felt different from usual and gave her a sense that it might eventually start to feel good.
We then took a break and incorporated an oil massage to help her body relax before trying penetration. There was still no major change in her response. Finally, I decided to reduce unnecessary movement by gently restraining her body and carefully try external stimulation once more.
After making small adjustments to the position and direction of the stimulation, she was able to reach a clear clitoral orgasm. Immediately afterward, when I tried shallow internal stimulation, her response was noticeably different from before. She also said that stimulation timed to a countdown felt somewhat pleasurable. She did not reach a vaginal orgasm, but she appeared to make progress to the point where she could recognize internal sensations as pleasurable for the first time.
Overall, she seemed to be someone who finds it difficult to become deeply absorbed in physical sensations without first feeling a sense of trust and intimacy, and it appeared to take time for her reflexive physical responses to connect with genuine pleasure. For her, the most suitable approach may be to first establish clear pleasure through external stimulation and then move to internal stimulation immediately afterward.

Detailed Feedback by Email

Thank you so much for today.
I was nervous at first, but the casual conversation helped me relax. Everything, from the consultation to the explanations about what to focus on during sex, was very clear and easy to understand.
I learned more about my own body than I knew before and was also able to experience some new sensations.
It was my first time trying restraint and a blindfold, but I enjoyed them more than I expected, so I’d like to make use of what I learned in the future.
Thank you again!!
