This session was with Yuka, a 24-year-old office worker. Her reason for applying was that she wanted to know what an orgasm actually feels like.
Pre-Session Consultation
※The conversation below has been recreated from notes taken on the consultation sheet. No recordings were made.
Sexual Experience
Have you ever used a jofu service or had a sensual massage for women before?
YukaI’ve used Tokyo Himitsu Kichi once. My impression was… honestly, I’m not really sure. It wasn’t particularly good or bad—just average. The therapist wasn’t a beginner either. He was actually entered in some kind of competition where therapists compete on technique.
How old were you when you first had sex, and how many people have you had sex with in total?

I’ve had sex with four people. I first had sex when I was 18.
Are you currently in a relationship?

I wouldn’t exactly call him a partner, but I do have someone who’s more like a friend with benefits.
What is sex usually like for you, and what has it been like with previous partners?

The guy I used to date was basically a virgin, and he was big, so sex hurt. It felt like I was just enduring it the whole time, and it wasn’t pleasurable. With the person I’ve been seeing recently, it actually does feel good, and I’m gradually starting to understand what can be enjoyable about sex.
About Orgasms
Have you ever experienced clitoral, vaginal, or mind-induced orgasms?

No, none of them.
How do you feel after a clitoral orgasm? Can you have another one soon afterward?

I’ve never had one.
Have you ever reached orgasm from stimulation by a partner?

No.
What do you imagine vaginal and mind-induced orgasms feel like? Have you heard much about them?

I imagine a vaginal orgasm as something that gradually spreads through you… but I don’t know what happens at the peak.
I have absolutely no idea what a mind-induced orgasm feels like.
Sexual Preferences
How do you usually masturbate, and how often?

Lately, I’ve been doing it every day. I used to always use toys, but I heard that stimulation that’s too strong might not be good, so I stopped. Now I just use my fingers. I touch both externally and internally. I usually watch porn with massage scenarios or dominant men while I do it.
Do you have any particular kinks? What kinds of sexual situations have turned you on in the past?

I’m definitely submissive. Absolutely. I like letting the other person do what they want with me. Things I’ve enjoyed include being kissed while having my neck held and being spanked.
Are there any types of play you are interested in or would like to try?

I don’t have much experience, but there are lots of things I’m interested in trying.
Are there any types of play you are uncomfortable with or do not want to try?

Nothing in particular.
Would you describe yourself as more dominant or submissive?

Definitely submissive.
Additional Information
Do you experience pain during intercourse?

No.
Do your clitoris or nipples tend to become painful during stimulation?

No.
How sensitive do you consider yourself to be? Are there any areas of your body that are particularly sensitive?

I think my sensitivity is pretty low.
I’ve recently started feeling a little more pleasure internally. My nipples are sensitive too.
Session Details and Impressions
Sexual counseling and advice → guided relaxation → fingering → sex toys / clitoral orgasm → sensual oil massage → penetrative sex → squirting → hugging → penetrative sex
My first impression when we met was that she might have been somewhat cautious. It may have just been a coincidence, but at the meeting time she wasn’t at the exact meeting spot and was standing across the road instead.
Based on what I heard during the consultation, she seemed to have some potential and at first appeared as though the session might be relatively straightforward. At the same time, there were a few things that made me wonder whether it might actually be more difficult, so I decided the best thing was simply to start and see how her body responded.
Once we began, she seemed too nervous to fully immerse herself in the experience. She occasionally twitched, but rather than looking like a reaction to pleasure, it felt closer to a simple surface-level reflex. I continued trying different approaches, but her responses remained fairly subtle. She would sometimes twitch lightly, but then immediately return to normal.
Since my usual approach did not seem to be working very well, I decided to try focusing on a clitoral orgasm first and used a toy. Her response to that was still fairly limited. I then repeatedly guided her through alternating between muscular tension and relaxation, and eventually her body gave a much stronger jolt. She said, “I think that might have been an orgasm.”
After that, I gave her an oil massage and we also tried penetrative sex. She said penetration itself was more arousing to her than fingering. She did not reach a vaginal orgasm, but I thought her physical responses were fairly good.
As you can also sense from her comments afterward, she seemed to have a fairly strong tendency to stay analytical and in control. If she can gradually let go of that, I think she does have some natural potential, so there is still plenty of room for her sensitivity to develop further.

Looking back on the session, what stood out most was getting to experience so many new things.
Vaginal orgasms were still difficult for me, but I feel like I got quite close to understanding what a clitoral orgasm feels like. I was happy because it helped me discover a little more about what my body might be capable of.
I was also surprised that I was able to squirt, and honestly, I was just really happy about that.
I’m the type of person who likes to understand the theory first and then try things for myself, so I really appreciated how clearly you explained everything beforehand. It made me feel reassured.
At the same time, what you said about how ultimately the most important thing is being able to fully immerse yourself in the experience was also really valuable for me.
Honestly, I had been thinking that it might be difficult for anything to change from where I am now, but yesterday I was able to experience so many new sensations and things I had never tried before, and that made me really happy.
Thank you very much for such a valuable experience.
