[Video] Curious About What a Vaginal Orgasm Feels Like | Jofu Experience #11

This session was with Akane, a 30-year-old office worker. Her reasons for applying were that she wanted to explore vaginal orgasms and, because she had relatively little sexual experience, become more comfortable enjoying more adventurous sexual experiences.

She even flew in from Kyushu for the session.

She was also comfortable with being filmed, so I was able to record parts of the session where we explored vaginal and mind-induced orgasms.

Pre-Session Consultation

Sexual Experience

Have you ever used a jofu service or had a sensual massage for women before?

Akane

No.

How old were you when you first had sex, and how many people have you had sex with in total?

Akane

I first had sex when I was 22, and I’ve had sex with around ten people.

Are you currently in a relationship?

Akane

Yes.

What is sex usually like for you, and what has it been like with previous partners?

Akane

I tend to fake my reactions during sex. My partner does touch my nipples and genital area during foreplay, but not really as thoroughly as I would like. My nipples are quite sensitive, so I wish he would spend more time on them. I don’t really understand what internal stimulation is supposed to feel like. It feels a little good at the moment of penetration, but then it gradually feels less and less pleasurable. My clitoris can also become painful, and then my partner looks apologetic, which makes things awkward. We’re trying to have sex more often, so I hope I can learn to enjoy it more.

About Orgasms

Have you ever experienced clitoral, vaginal, or mind-induced orgasms?

Akane

I can have clitoral orgasms. I’ve never had a vaginal orgasm, although when I masturbate I sometimes orgasm while stimulating both inside and my clitoris at the same time. But my arousal drops off immediately afterward, so I think those are probably clitoral orgasms. I’ve never had a mind-induced orgasm.

How do you feel after a clitoral orgasm? Can you have another one soon afterward?

Akane

The feeling disappears almost instantly. I don’t feel dazed afterward or anything—I’m completely alert again within seconds. I’ve never had consecutive orgasms, but I don’t become sore afterward, so I feel like I probably could.

Have you ever reached orgasm from stimulation by a partner?

Akane

No, I haven’t. I used to masturbate with my legs held completely straight all the time, so I think that may have affected me. But a few years ago I read online that masturbating that way can make it harder to orgasm with a partner, and I thought, “This is bad,” so I changed the habit.

What do you imagine vaginal and mind-induced orgasms feel like? Have you heard much about them?

Akane

I imagine a vaginal orgasm as something different from a clitoral orgasm—more like pleasure that keeps going and spreads through my whole body from the inside. I first came across the term “mind-induced orgasm” on this website, so I don’t really know what it feels like.

Sexual Preferences

How do you usually masturbate, and how often?

Akane

I only use my fingers, and sometimes I touch both my clitoris and inside my vagina. When I’m really in the mood, I fantasize while doing it. Otherwise, I listen to audio from porn. Hearing a woman moaning and enjoying herself turns me on.

Do you have any particular kinks? What kinds of sexual situations have turned you on in the past?

Akane

I always wish my partner would spend more time touching my nipples during foreplay, so I’d like to be teased and stimulated slowly and thoroughly.

Are there any types of play you are interested in or would like to try?

Akane

Nothing in particular.

Are there any types of play you are uncomfortable with or do not want to try?

Akane

I don’t like anything painful or anything that makes me feel like I can’t breathe. Anything involving difficulty breathing is especially off-limits for me.

How would you describe your dominant-to-submissive balance?

Akane

I think I’m more on the submissive side.

Additional Information

Do you experience pain during intercourse?

Akane

I have felt pain deep inside before. The entrance is fine as long as I’m wet enough.

Do your clitoris or nipples tend to become painful during stimulation?

Akane

My nipples are fine. My clitoris becomes painful fairly easily. I see people online saying you should pull back the hood, but if I expose it directly, the stimulation is far too intense.

How sensitive do you consider yourself to be? Are there any areas of your body that are particularly sensitive?

Akane

My nipples are pretty sensitive. My neck might be sensitive too. I’m not really sure about anywhere else.

Session Details and Impressions

From what I heard during the consultation, her overall sensitivity seemed fairly good. However, women who are sensitive in general but do not experience much pleasure internally can actually be more difficult to work with than you might expect.

After she relaxed, I began with sensual massage. Her body gradually started responding, but the reactions were still fairly mild, so it was a slow start.

When we moved to the bed and tried using a vibrator, she showed some reactions that were close to a vaginal orgasm, but they were still fairly weak.

After taking a short break, I adjusted the approach and tried sensual massage followed by fingering. This produced a much clearer response than the toy had. I then tried guiding her into mind-induced orgasms, and she was able to experience strong mind-induced orgasms as well as nipple orgasms.

Afterward, we took another break with a sensual oil massage. It seemed that the “switch” for the mind-induced orgasms had already started turning on, because her sensitivity increased even further—to the point where it seemed as though she might be able to orgasm from the oil massage alone.

We then tried fingering and penetrative sex again, and she appeared to experience vaginal orgasms repeatedly during penetration as well.

As she also mentioned in her email afterward, the aftereffects apparently lasted so strongly that even the movement of the airplane felt pleasurable on her way home.

She seemed to get a good sense of what worked for her, and I also gave her advice on how to improve sex with her partner, so I think she should be able to enjoy sex with him more than before.

Video (Vaginal & Mind-Induced Orgasms)

She allowed me to film parts of the session where we explored vaginal and mind-induced orgasms. She had agreed to filming when she applied, but later felt that having the camera there might make it difficult to concentrate, so we only filmed a short portion of the session.

The orgasms shown in the video are relatively shallow, but outside the filmed portion, I think she was also able to experience much deeper orgasms.

Post-Session Questionnaire

What made you decide to book a session?

I was interested in vaginal orgasms and wanted to enjoy sex with my partner more.

What was your impression of the therapist?

Kind, calm, attractive, and reassuring.

How would you rate your satisfaction with the session on a scale of one to five?

★★★★★

Please feel free to share any comments about the session or a message for the therapist.

Rather than following one fixed method, he flexibly thinks about what will work best for each individual.
I felt that he really approaches things from a woman’s perspective!

Additional Thoughts Shared by Email

Akane

Yesterday, even the movement of the airplane started feeling good (lol).
I had that pleasant kind of tiredness afterward and slept really well.
Thank you ☺️

Here are my thoughts about the experience.

It was a really great experience! I had never used a jofu service or sensual massage service before, so I was extremely nervous before meeting you. But Aki seemed very kind, and talking with him on the way to the hotel helped me relax quite a lot.

The consultation was also very thorough.
I had never been able to have a vaginal orgasm before, so part of me had started thinking that maybe it just wasn’t possible for me. But during the session, you tried lots of different approaches, and when you said, “You don’t have to give up just because one approach doesn’t work. You only need to find one method that works for you,” that was really reassuring!
Gradually, I started to understand what felt good inside me, and once I thought, “Maybe I’ve finally got the hang of it?” I ended up staying in a state where everything felt good from that point onward.
With the mind-induced orgasms, I was surprised that my body wouldn’t stop twitching—I kept thinking, “What is happening?”—while at the same time my mind was completely filled with pleasure.
The part where you snapped your fingers was especially intense… (lol)

The oil massage was really good too. Looking back, I feel like the sensitivity throughout my entire body started increasing rapidly after the massage.

As for internal pleasure, my problem had always been that penetration felt good only at the moment it went in, and then my sensitivity gradually faded. But this time it felt good the whole way through… In fact, sometimes the pleasure became even stronger when there was no movement at all, and the waves of pleasure didn’t disappear. When I orgasmed, I could clearly tell that the sensation was different from a clitoral orgasm!

Overall, I thought you were very good at creating an atmosphere that made me feel, “Maybe I can do this too,” and allowed me to completely immerse myself in the experience.
You also taught me a lot of things I can use to improve sex with my partner in the future, so I’m going to try different things with him. Thank you so much!
