This session’s participant is Suzu, a 27-year-old office worker. Her reason for applying was that it takes her a long time to have a vaginal orgasm, and she wanted to be able to reach one more quickly.

Sexual Experience

Have you ever used a jofu service or had a sensual massage for women before?

Suzu

No, this is my first time.

How old were you when you first had sex, and how many people have you had sex with in total?

Suzu

I first had sex when I was around 22, and I’ve had sex with about six people.

Are you currently in a relationship?

Suzu

Yes.

What is sex usually like for you, and what has it been like with previous partners?

Suzu

The men I dated in the past tended to be pretty selfish during sex. Most of them would do a little foreplay and then go straight to penetration. My current partner is the most attentive partner I’ve had, and I’m satisfied with our sex life. But it still takes me a while to have a vaginal orgasm, so I’d like to become more sensitive.

About Orgasms

Have you ever experienced clitoral, vaginal, or mind-induced orgasms?

Suzu

I’ve experienced both vaginal and clitoral orgasms. I first came across the term “mind-induced orgasm” on this website. I had experienced what felt like mild vaginal orgasms even with previous partners, but thanks to my current partner, I’ve become much more aware of what a vaginal orgasm actually feels like, and now I can sometimes have several during one sexual encounter. I also bought a vibrator and tried exploring vaginal orgasms on my own, so that may have helped too.

How do you feel after a clitoral orgasm? Can you have another one soon afterward?

Suzu

I become very sensitive. Once I’ve had one, I stop touching my clitoris, so I’ve never had consecutive clitoral orgasms and don’t really know how long I would need to wait before I could have another one.

Have you ever reached orgasm from stimulation by a partner?

Suzu

Yes, I can have both vaginal and clitoral orgasms with a partner. My current partner almost never uses his fingers inside me—maybe he isn’t very comfortable doing it—so I usually have vaginal orgasms during penetration. I actually like being fingered too, so I wish he would do it more… During penetration, doggy style is the easiest position for me to have a vaginal orgasm.

What do you imagine vaginal and mind-induced orgasms feel like? Have you heard much about them?

Suzu

Vaginal orgasms give me a kind of light, floaty feeling. It feels different from a clitoral orgasm. I first learned about mind-induced orgasms on this website, so I don’t really know much about them yet.

Sexual Preferences

How do you usually masturbate, and how often?

Suzu

It varies, but usually once or twice a week. I often masturbate after watching erotic videos. I like videos that are more intense and passionate. Sometimes I use a vibrator that also stimulates the clitoris, but I usually finish with a clitoral orgasm. I can have a vaginal orgasm on my own if I try, but it feels better when someone else does it for me.

Do you have any particular kinks? What kinds of sexual situations have turned you on in the past?

Suzu

Nothing in particular.

Are there any types of play you are interested in or would like to try?

Suzu

I’m interested in trying things like being blindfolded.

Are there any types of play you are uncomfortable with or do not want to try?

Suzu

Nothing in particular.

How would you describe your dominant-to-submissive balance?

Suzu

I think I’m more submissive, but I enjoy taking the dominant role too. Maybe around 30% dominant and 70% submissive.

Additional Information

Do you experience pain during intercourse?

Suzu

No, not particularly.

Do your clitoris or nipples tend to become painful during stimulation?

Suzu

Not particularly, although my clitoris might become painful if it’s touched too strongly.

How sensitive do you consider yourself to be? Are there any areas of your body that are particularly sensitive?

Suzu

I’m not very ticklish, but I don’t think that means I’m insensitive. My nipples are normally sensitive too. My ears feel more ticklish or give me chills rather than feeling especially pleasurable.

Session Details and Impressions

Sexual consultation and advice → guided relaxation → sensual massage → mind-induced orgasms → fingering → sensual oil massage → penetrative sex

Unlike most participants, Suzu had already experienced vaginal orgasms. From what she told me, she clearly recognized the sensation and was also able to experience them repeatedly.

Suzu’s goal was to be able to orgasm more quickly. During this session, she ended up experiencing deeper vaginal orgasms more frequently than usual. Her whole body also became more sensitive, and she seemed to clearly recognize the sensation of a mind-induced orgasm as well.

Since she could already experience vaginal orgasms, I followed a fairly standard session flow. During the initial relaxation stage, she still seemed quite nervous, but once we moved into sensual stimulation, something seemed to click and she quickly entered a mild mind-induced orgasm state.

After repeated mind-induced orgasms and orgasms from nipple stimulation had heightened the sensitivity of her whole body, I moved on to fingering. At this point, I decided to use the blindfold she had mentioned wanting to try during the consultation.

The added excitement combined with her heightened sensitivity brought her to the point where even touching the entrance of her vagina could make her orgasm. Once I inserted my fingers, she appeared to experience several deeper vaginal orgasms.

She was sweating heavily and seemed tired, so I included a sensual oil massage as a break before moving on to penetration. She had told me that during her usual sex it takes her a while to have a vaginal orgasm after penetration begins, but this time she reached one within just a few seconds of movement after penetration.

She seemed to get a better sense of what helps her reach a vaginal orgasm, so I think it should also become easier for her to experience them during sex with her partner.

Suzu

Thank you for today.

This was my first experience with anything like this, so I was nervous and a little anxious, but Aki was very kind and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable!

I gradually relaxed through the hypnosis, and afterward, just having him whisper in my ear or touch my body made me feel so sensitive that my body would twitch in response. I was really happy because I finally understood, “Oh, so this is what a mind-induced orgasm feels like!” I also understood what Aki meant when he said that mind-induced and vaginal orgasms are similar in some ways and that your mental state can have a big influence on both. The way he slowly touched and teased me was irresistible, and in my head I kept thinking, “Hurry up…” because I wanted more. Haha. And when he finally inserted his fingers, it felt unbelievably good. Haha.

My concern had been that although I could have vaginal orgasms, they usually took a long time. But this time, I feel like I reached one fairly easily after penetration began. Haha. Aki’s technique was incredible, and I ended up orgasming many times. Clitoral orgasms feel good too, but compared with vaginal orgasms, they feel more like a brief burst of pleasure, almost like electricity running through my body. With vaginal orgasms, even after I came, there was a lingering tingling sensation deep inside, my whole body became sensitive, and my head felt light and floaty.

I also told him that I wasn’t very good at being on top, and he taught me some tips, which was really helpful. I’m going to try them next time!

After this experience, I started thinking that maybe the reason it usually takes me so long to orgasm during sex is that the foreplay has been too short, or penetration has started before I was fully aroused. I also realized how important it is to relax, let myself surrender to my partner, and focus completely on what I’m feeling. I want to keep that in mind from now on.

If I ever have any other concerns about sex, I hope I can come back again. Haha.
Thank you so much.
