Exploring Vaginal Orgasms & Wanting to Orgasm During Sex with My Partner | Jofu Experience #5

This session’s participant is Hiroko, a 27-year-old office worker. Her reasons for applying were that she wanted to experience a vaginal orgasm and be able to orgasm during sex with her partner.

Sexual Experience

Have you ever used a jofu service or had a sensual massage for women before?

Hiroko

I’ve used jofu services about four times, roughly once a year. I felt uncomfortable booking the same person repeatedly, so I tried a different therapist each time. I did a lot of research before using these services and tried both large and small providers, but the quality varied a lot. One therapist at a major service was ranked highly among new therapists, but he tried to penetrate me without my consent, which was awful. Some therapists at smaller services were quite skilled. One of them looked completely ordinary rather than like a host or model, but he was fairly well known in the jofu community for his sensual massage techniques. He told me that I had orgasmed, but I didn’t feel like I understood what an orgasm was at all. I think I felt a little floaty from clitoral stimulation, but I wasn’t able to have a vaginal orgasm.

How old were you when you first had sex, and how many people have you had sex with in total?

Hiroko

I first had sex when I was around 19, and I’ve had sex with about ten people in total. (Not including jofu therapists.)

Are you currently in a relationship?

Hiroko

Yes.

What is sex usually like for you, and what has it been like with previous partners?

Hiroko

With my current partner, being touched inside with his fingers hurts, so I try to avoid having him touch me there as much as possible. I’ve also started to dislike having my clitoris touched, because when he touches my clitoris, I know he’s going to move inside afterward. These days, I usually just have him touch my breasts until I get wet, and then we go straight to penetration. My previous partners all spent quite a lot of time on foreplay, but I was always pretending to enjoy it more than I actually did.

About Orgasms

Have you ever experienced clitoral, vaginal, or mind-induced orgasms?

Hiroko

I’m not very comfortable touching myself either, so I don’t think I’ve ever really experienced an orgasm. I’m not sure what an orgasm is supposed to feel like. Sometimes clitoral stimulation makes me feel a little floaty, and then suddenly I feel completely clear-headed again. Does that mean I’m having an orgasm?

※I think she was probably experiencing mild clitoral orgasms.

How do you feel after a clitoral orgasm? Can you have another one soon afterward?

Hiroko

I’m still not really sure whether I’ve actually had an orgasm, and I’ve never continued touching myself after getting that orgasm-like feeling, so I don’t know.

Have you ever reached orgasm from stimulation by a partner?

Hiroko

No, never.

What do you imagine vaginal and mind-induced orgasms feel like? Have you heard much about them?

Hiroko

I imagine a vaginal orgasm must be something incredibly pleasurable that only a lucky few can experience. I can’t really imagine what a mind-induced orgasm feels like, but I have this impression that it would be difficult for someone who is very rational. I’m quite rational myself, so I thought maybe my personality would make mind-induced orgasms impossible for me…

Sexual Preferences

How do you usually masturbate, and how often?

Hiroko

The frequency varies. I often masturbate by grinding against the floor while watching videos.

Do you have any particular kinks? What kinds of sexual situations have turned you on in the past?

Hiroko

Nothing in particular.

Are there any types of play you are interested in or would like to try?

Hiroko

Nothing in particular.

Are there any types of play you are uncomfortable with or do not want to try?

Hiroko

I don’t like dirty talk. It snaps me out of the mood. Even if someone says something like, “You’re so wet,” all I can think is, “Well, yes, I suppose I am.” I don’t really like kissing either. I have some bad memories of kissing a previous boyfriend… I think I may be a little germ-conscious too.

How would you describe your dominant-to-submissive balance?

Hiroko

I tend to come across as dominant normally, but I think my submissive side is stronger in bed.

Additional Information

Do you experience pain during intercourse?

Hiroko

No, not particularly.

Do your clitoris or nipples tend to become painful during stimulation?

Hiroko

No, not particularly.

How sensitive do you consider yourself to be? Are there any areas of your body that are particularly sensitive?

Hiroko

I’ve never had an orgasm, but I think my sensitivity is probably average. My back gets ticklish quite easily, and sometimes my ears feel sensitive too.

Session Details and Impressions

Both from the way she spoke and from what I later learned about her work, Hiroko gave me the impression of being a very rational and logical person. As you can probably tell from the pre-session consultation, she was also aware of this aspect of her personality herself.

There were several things about both her current and previous sexual experiences that stood out to me, so I spent more time than usual on sexual consultation and advice.

Many people have the impression that rational or analytical women have a harder time experiencing vaginal or mind-induced orgasms, but that is not necessarily true. It is true that staying overly analytical during sex can make it harder to enjoy the sensations, but even highly rational people are not rational every moment of the day. Most people can switch depending on the situation. It may help if the man takes the lead in creating an environment where she can let go of that rational control during sex, while the woman also gives herself permission to stop analyzing and simply experience the sensations.

Hiroko understood the key points for allowing herself to experience more pleasure and was able to put them into practice, so she was able to experience both deeper vaginal orgasms and mind-induced orgasms without much difficulty.

She was able to relax well, and I think I was able to guide her into mind-induced orgasms relatively early in the session.

She was also able to experience vaginal orgasms through fingering, so I then used sensual oil massage to tease her and heighten her sensitivity even further.

Since one of her goals was to be able to experience vaginal orgasms during sex with her partner, I also made sure she could clearly recognize the sensation during penetration. By the end, she felt that she could imagine herself experiencing vaginal orgasms with her partner as well, which was great to hear.

Hiroko

Thank you for yesterday.

When we arrived at the hotel, we started with a consultation. It was very thorough, and you explained everything in an easy-to-understand way, from vaginal and mind-induced orgasms to how women can experience more pleasure during everyday sex. You also helped me realize things about myself that I hadn’t noticed before.

It was my first time experiencing hypnosis. It wasn’t anything like what you see on TV—it was more like feeling slightly spaced out, which was interesting.

You told me that during the session I should focus completely on receiving rather than doing anything my
